Rare photographs and newspapers can now be preserved digitally!
These photos are an example of the kinds of historical photographs and artwork that can now be preserved "virtually" forever! The Aberdeen Museum of History is very proud to announce our ALL NEW "Digital Darkroom". This State-Of-The-Art digital scanning and photograph copying facility ensures that photographs, artwork, and newspapers of old will be preserved for many future generations to enjoy. The museum now has the capability to digitally scan, copy, photographically render, touch-up, and digitally store to compact disk or computer hard drive any newspapers, photographs, sepia tones, tin-types, and any other forms you can think of!
